Basic Life Support (BLS)

As defined BLS is a variety of noninvasive emergency procedures performed to assist in the immediate survival of a patient, including cardiopulmonary resuscitation, hemorrhage control, stabilization of fractures, spinal immobilization, and basic first aid.

Our free BLS course teaches the knowledge and skills to:Identify the causes and promote the prevention of cardiopulmonary arrest, recognition of cardiac arrest and calling for help, undertake the skills of quality CPR and defibrillation (AED) and simple airway maneuvers.
BLS is a more comprehensive certification designed for healthcare workers and first responders that includes CPR plus additional life-saving techniques for cardiac arrest, respiratory distress, and obstructed airways. BLS is so important, we aim to make it available to all healthcare providers. Free!
